ANDREIA SOUZA PILATES​

 

For the past 15 years, I’ve been immersed in the world of movement, exercise, and teaching. My journey has taken me from school PE lessons to roles as a swimming and gym instructor. More recently, I’ve dived into the transformative world of Pilates. As a qualified Polestar Pilates Instructor, my mission is to help you cultivate a healthier, happier connection between your body and mind.

Everyone’s path to well-being is unique, and I’m here to support you in discovering what works best for you. Through mindful Pilates sessions, we’ll explore the art of connecting breath to movement, focusing on strength, mobility, and flexibility. Special attention is given to spine articulation—an essential component for a balanced, pain-free body.

Our sessions are designed to empower you to feel more at ease in your body, creating a foundation for a healthier, happier life. Whether you're looking to improve posture, reduce pain, or simply find joy in movement, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

GENERAL MAT PILATES

All In Person classes are 50min long, focusing on full body mobility, stretch, strength and core work. Suitable for beginners and intermediates, there are always options for progression or regressions, whatever suits you! All classes are also suitable for prenatal and postnatal mums!

🔅Tuesday 11.50am - Catford (Abbotshall)


2025 Spring Term starts on the 7th of January and runs for 11 weeks (off on half term week). Last session is on the 25th of March.

Small props are now available in all classes: balls, blocks and bands!

Payment Options 
Pay as You Go: £12.00 each session
Pay per Term: £10.00 each session (full term payment in advance).

ONLINE MAT PILATES

The Online session is now cancelled. Get in touch if you are interested on private online class.

PRIVATE CLASSES

I am available to come to your home for private sessions. Many small props available (balls, elastic bands, Magic Circle, Spine Corrector) that can help you to achieve your goals. First session is assessment and small trial (some exercises based on the assessment done).

ADULTS AND BABIES MAT PILATES

The adults (any adult) and babies (up to -and including- crawling) mat pilates is back at Abbotshall (Catford) on Tuesdays 10.50am. This session is suitable for any adult, beginner or intermediate, prenatal or postnatal. All guidance and modifications given accordingly. Small props are provided: balls, blocks and bands. Only bring your and your baby mat. Babies are not part of any exercise so you will not be asked to hold your baby while performing. You can, however, hold and hug and cuddle your baby at any time. The venue has baby change facilities, a lovely cafe area and good space for parking in the road. Classes are in blocks of 6/7 sessions
Spring Term 2025:
Block 1: 07/01 to 11/02 (6 sessions) £60.00

Block 2: 25/02 to 25/03 (6 sessions) £60.00
Fee: £10.00 each session, payment for full block is required in advance. No refund is given but a recorded class can be provided if you cannot attend your session. Term of responsibility signed is required to attend this class.
