Even know we actually can not go physically anywhere, we should take our time to prepare our minds and bodies to keep going. Breathe. Most places are closed, friends are distant, life is not normal for a long time now. Breathe. We start to get sad, tired, emotionally exhausted. Breathe. Hard to see that light at the end of the long way but do not give now. Breathe! Breathe again and maybe another one (just in case). Then start moving... rise your arms up to the sky (your shoulder will thank you); squat down, hold for a moment (now your pelvic floor smiles); roll your spine up and down, slowly and breathing (your trunk, your center, your soul rises).... just keep moving and keep breathing and you will be able to restart and reconnect. Do some Pilates and you will see the difference in your life. Now and later on.
